All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT unless otherwise stated. 

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout. 

Orders are processed only after successful payment. 

Accepted payment methods: We accept cash (for personal pickup orders only), bank transfer, and credit/debit card payments processed securely via Stripe.

 6. Shipping and Delivery 

We ship to EU countries and selected international destinations. 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier. 

We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties.

 7. Right of Withdrawal 

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. 

Exceptions apply to personalised or custom-made items. 

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us via email.

 8. Returns 

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and original condition. 

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective. 

Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

 9. Warranty 

Products are covered by the legal warranty under EU law. 

If an item is defective, we will repair, replace, or refund it.

 10. Liability 

We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or delays caused by third parties.

RETURN & WITHDRAWAL POLICY

 1. Introduction 

This Return & Withdrawal Policy explains how customers may return products or exercise their right of withdrawal when purchasing from our webshop operated by Peter Vincze.

 2. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days) 

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. 

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer receives the goods.

 3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal 

The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to: 

- personalised or custom-made products 

- products created based on the customer’s specifications 

- digital content delivered electronically once the download has started 

- sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened 

 Printondemand items (e.g., custom prints, personalised designs) fall under the custom-made product category and are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal unless defective.

 4. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal 

To withdraw from the purchase, the customer must notify us by email at: contact@spprint.be 

The customer may use the EU standard withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

 5. Return Conditions 

Returned products must be: 

- unused 

- unwashed 

- undamaged 

- in their original condition and packaging (if applicable)

 We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 6. Return Shipping Costs 

Unless the product is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

We do not accept packages sent “cash on delivery”.

 7. Refunds 

Once the returned goods are received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 14 days. 

Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

 8. Defective or Incorrect Products 

If the customer receives a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, they must contact us within 7 days of delivery at: contact@spprint.be

We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
