Shipping information

All products are made to order. Production and packaging require 1–4 business days, followed by 1–2 days for delivery. The total turnaround time is typically 4–6 business days.

We work exclusively with Bpost for all our deliveries.
At checkout, you can choose delivery to a Bpost pick‑up point, parcel locker, or home/business address.

Free Shipping Thresholds

• Free shipping on orders over €90 within Belgium and all EU countries.
• For all other destinations, please contact us at contact@spprint.be

Production & Dispatch

Orders are produced and prepared Monday to Saturday.
Bpost handles deliveries Monday to Friday.

(Weight ≥ 1 kg and < 5 kg T‑shirts per order)

If your order exceeds this weight or quantity, we will contact you with updated shipping options.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Conditions

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and original condition.
• Custom‑printed or personalized items may only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective.

• and the reason for the return.

We will provide you with the return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer,
  unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
The refund will be processed to the original payment method.
